Exhibition catalogue exploring the working relationship between Isamu Noguchi and Isamu Kenmochi, who first met in Tokyo in 1950.
The two men shared a similar mission: to create a universally exceptional object, something grounded in the knowledge of natural materials, but with an embrace of experimental techniques. One of their many collaborations resulted in a strikingly original woven bamboo chair. The book provides an overview of their design work, separately and in collaboration with each other.
